Another option is https://www.pimsleur.com/ North Star Rotary Youth Exchange requires the outgoing exchange students use Pimsleur for language learning prior to starting their year abroad.

If you can swing it, there's a great language school in Cuernavaca, MX: https://www.cemanahuacspanishschool.com/
Kelly and Menolly (when she was elementary aged) have done multiple 3 week sessions there in the summers. Many universities, including the U of M, send groups of students down there every year.

I ended a ridiculously long Duolingo streak and instead committed my time to practice listening and have been very pleased with the results. My goal is two hours a day, but ymmv. A coworker who loves language learning recommends iTalki. 1:1 language lessons, although you might be able to get your kids involved too if you find a tutor who's open to that
