It sounds like this stuff may have been injected into the supply chain at the last stage, when it was headed directly for the military. Slightly after what the Israelis did, which probably was a war crime.

wish I could reply directly to @paretooptimizer.bsky.social, but the replies are off. I wanted to point out that capitalism is to blame because it has kept sanctions against Russia from being truly effective. Somehow, I suspect that's not what Ferris had in mind here.
