Not Nea Dimokratia. Pasok. The point is there can be a tipping point at an election, where a party takes over a voter space and the established player begins to be seen as a "wasted" vote.

Europe has very little time to increase defence spending/manufacture just for defence it needs to be in the 5% ballpark. For war, probably 10%.

As for the USA, their membership of NATO is in doubt.
