1. the court orders detainees except real gangs must be released.
3. if gov defies the order, the court deputizes national guard or court sheriff/DC police to enforce the court order. not DOJ Marshall.
4. some kind of physical stand-off is likely.
But 1-2 months might be too optimistic.
