I suppose those who are lucky enough (in some places of course) not to be stuck inside a Brexitted Britain, are going
"So what, who cares?"
Can't blame you, it is shit here. We are so dominated by ignorant bigoted Little Englanders.
It's sad to see all the media heads trying desperately to spin this ineffectual government as being in any way useful, the only meaningful thing about this government is that it has signally failed to do any of the things that are needed to make a start at digging the state out of the hole it's in.
But no mention of the elephant in the room - Brexit. Rejoining the single market would be a starting point in reversing the damage caused by the Tories botched deal - and provide an immediate boost to the economy.
Nobody?
It was a fragile 4% win and any intelligent people who voted Brexit can see it's a disaster.
So the original 48% plus people with eyes, ears and any sense would vote for a return to the EU.
Return to the EU as a member state is out of the question for a couple of decades. The UK needs a profound change of attitude, politics, economics and democracy first. But joining the SM is an option.
I voted for a non FoM party. I want FoM.
The general election this time had one purpose for me, get a party in that were not right wing. All the labour voters I know would want EU alignment.
FTSE 100 hitting all time highs and fastest growth in the G7 other than the US. Christ we've had 7 months and the US has just elected someone who has said they start an international trade war and annex allied countries. This is terrible reporting.
Then they and the country will continue to drown. Rachel Reeves is no economist as proved by the idiotic statements she makes about how to run an economy.
7 months to reverse 14 years of DELIBERATE and systematic disinvestment in the country and populous, Austerity, BREXIT self-harm, the shaping of the economy to SOLELY benefit a select few .... You think that's possible you total asshat.
I can’t understand why this is even a question. Stability means sticking at it, adapting where necessary, with the end goal in mind. If we change the cabinet every time it gets hard, I’ll end up doing it at some point and that would not end well.
It takes more than 7 months to see progress after years for decline. They told us it gets worse before it get better so from that view they are right on track.

To join the SM you would also have to have FoM again...and be dictated to my Brussels
The UK public literally won't vote for it
As we saw in 2019 and this year where non rejoin parties got well over 70% of the vote
It's a total non starter
FoM of goods, capital, workers and services is what makes the Single Market work.

It was only 6 months ago
None of you EU fanboys ever have a credible answer to that
