Does say anything about a grant. It’s a public university, I would imagine most of what they do there is government funded.
So, your issue is that the Italian government spent some money that resulted in a scientific process of boiling eggs that improves their taste & nutritional value?
How about a perfect way to crack cancer and other real problems confronting society? Now our 'greatest minds' are competing for top position in 'boiling the perfect' egg'? Really? WTF? How about solving the perfect ecological crisis? I'm not convinced they're up to it, frankly.
