if the world didnt have shitty code - we wouldnt have a LOT of what we use today. Let the man break a few eggs before actually eating his omelet or something
Well crap. Thank you very much for the link but I guess I technically already tried this a couple of times and it didn't really work. Went back to the bash books. But now I'm busy going to protests all the time and shit, so I guess we'll see.
Is this for a commercial project or just a hobby? If it's a commercial project and you can't afford to pay someone to create a demo, you likely won't have the budget for deployment either.

I'm trying to do something that's impossible in information theory. Obviously I disagree. Obviously I'm probably wrong, but like a guy that builds perpetual motion devices in his garage, it's the fun of giving it a shot.
not having a developer tell them no or ask them to be paid is what they have always wanted anyway so it’s not surprising they are mainlining this bullshit

This is just another attack on the autistic programmer, bash the guy who stays busy. the entire term is just a way to shit on generated code and it's exhausting to see this shit from people with less then a thousand commits last year
no but the "no 10x engineer" vibe is absolutely against autistic people. It's all over LinkedIn and it gets pretty cringy. Some people do more, you can't make "how much" you do mean value, they're unrelated.
That's pointless. you're writing code, solving a problem, figuring it out. That's software engineering. The tools you use don't define it, it's what main looks like.
Seems like the issue was he over shared on the wrong platform. Ideas aren’t meant to be a solo game. The best creations have dozens or even better millions of contributors.
I hate that we call this "vibe coding".
Used to be you actually write your code last minute for a uni project and hope it works rather than testing and refining it.
Now you throw it out of an LLM and assume it works, worse yet since you don't understand how it works.
Engineering is not about "vibes". At some point things have to go from "rough idea" to "realized vision" and it's at that point that the intellectual property launderer called AI falls over. "Look it's great at churning out lots of code". And to an untrained eye it looks legit.

I barely know how to code at all, but I'm trying to learn
I don't know if this sounds like a joke or what. I get you're making fun of people. Seriously though
Thanks for your help though
What sites do you have in mind? Any idea where I could just find an effective bash tutor that I could talk to in person, like a video call?
I looked into this a year ago or something and it just did not go well

I am what's called a "kook"

But I can't make
Anyway, I'm going to save a copy of this post with these links and maybe get some help there. I already reached out to a local University for some

I won't even call myself a "coder" cause it feels like I'm mocking it, and I'm actually making a game lol

Would that be "vibe thinking"?
