There is a well-stocked snack table between my two work stations. Luckily, it has healthy stuff mixed in with the "I know its bad for me but I really need some chocolate right now" stuff. ...that I do occasionally need.
I tend to have Keto toast with chunky Smuckers Natural peanut butter, and a really good Raspberry jam when that happens. (I know, that is pretty specific, but I'm worth it.)
Try drinking a protein drink or a banana. I have been able to cut down to the 23-1 which is basically one meal a day with an occasional banana in between. I am also vegan. I do drink a protein powder shake I make with fresh fruit in my ninja blender. It helps lose weight and makes you feel healthier
You know how the bag says that 1 ounce of chips is a serving? I can eat more than that while I’m rummaging through the pantry to decide which snack I actually want.
I don’t care what they say, snacking cures boredom at least for a while.
Those chewy granola bars made on a slab of dark chocolate give you just the right amount of time for tackling the hungry/bored dilemma. Regardless of whether I've actually made a decision, I can convince myself, "It's healthy. Well, at least it's not a candy bar. Really."
