I love meatloaf. I prefer it to be made with ground beef + sausage. It can be made with many things that are not all actual meat. We have it with ground chicken, turkey, tofu or anything that can be ground up with the addition of bread crumbs, oatmeal, or anything like that. Then add the other stuff
like egg, chopped or grated onion, carrots & cooked potatoes mashed. If doesn’t usually have all of that but a combination that sounds good to you. Don’t forget salt & pepper or a prepared seasoning of your choice. Mix it all together with whatever works for you & form it into the shape that you
like best. I spread ketchup on the top before it goes in the oven but you can use whatever kind of sauce topping that appeals to you. Grease a baking pan with butter or an oil like vegetable oil or olive oil & bake at 350 or 375 degrees for about an hour. Test to see if done.
See…. It’s not that hard. I may have left something out but it probably isn’t crucial. Some people line their pan with baking paper to make cleanup easier.
