It’s actually kind of dangerous to suggest that he did, as that downplays Aktion T4 and the fact most were euthanized in their hospitals and asylums.

This is precisely why we need regulations, a government to pass the necessary legislation, and a legal system to enforce it.
I said they should accept full liability and then they can figure out for themselves how to do that in a cost effective manner.
