I’ve been a lot more limiting on my social media usage for the past year which shocker, has improved my mental health, but I also think it helped me work on being a lot less snarky and snippy. Being too online can really affect how you treat others, both online and offline.

It's hard understanding and being understood, personally and interpersonally. It's one of my strongest innate anxieties, the fear of being misunderstood.

I deleted all my social media besides this, and even then I'm sparse on here.
Deleting social media is literally the best thing you can do for your mental. It's literally cancer. Get rid of it
I'll hear out anyone's arguments, some are even valid when taken in context.
The delivery though is often too rough around the edges and lacking empathy or the capacity for conversation.
talking to friends privately instead of going into internet fights or doom posting or snarky replying is truly life changing
