I think Czech Games let other publishers use the factory they bought earlier this year? I think I’ve only seen cardboard printed in videos though, so don’t know if they do wood 🤷‍♀️

You may try reaching out to your polish partner - Portal Games.
While they're not producer, they do try to produce a lot within Europe.
I'm 50% sure if they attempted Root meeples a few prints ago - but I guess you'll know that better than anyone ;)

Short answer, No. Long answer, there are other avenues in Asia, but no alternative is ever going to compare to current pricing out of China for things like wood or injection molded minis.

China getting more expensive doesn’t mean alternatives are cheaper. Most of this has come back at 3-4x cost from anywhere in Europe on anything I’ve personally quoted. Some Asian alternatives are closer to 2x.

I've had games produced by Axel, in Poland. The games had "meeples" (wooden), cards, tokens, boards, rulebook, box.

Somewhat off topic but have you ever looked into producers in Taiwan? I think Shepherd’s Kit makes theirs domestically with eco-conscious wood pieces.
