Hi again. Here's a Punctelia I found today. Compare this with your image and it has a lot in common: wrinkled lobes, brownish tips, white dots on newer lobes, more soredia on older ones – though nothing like as much as on your one! Notice some of this soredia is on the margins of lobes.
