Beautiful young #lichen #FungiFriends good colour contrast. Spent a while looking at this. People passing saw me. If you know, you know. We are in the middle of a bush, in a public space with our face very close to the trunk or a branch or twig and, quite rightly, they are probably thinking ‘nutter’

A world of beige #lichen, everything is going on, rimmed apothecia of varying sizes, (some are so small, the rims not full at all, some are so large, they win prizes) - rim is almost hidden by large fruit in a few instances but so very beige #FungiFriends
