Otherwise? The starved version of a vampire from Daybreakers, a Sub-Sider. I adore the showing of a monster losing the remainder of their humanity.
But honestly? Either an owlbear or Nargacuga. Nargacuga has always been one of my favorite Monster Hunter monsters, and I remember begging my DM to let my druid wildshape into an owlbear.
