I have no idea what that is, but it’s probably different from the electric ones in the pic. You may want to check to see if it’s still under warranty though- things tend to stop functioning about a year after the warranty expires.
Who gave a groundhog the ability to shoot fireballs? That seems like a bad idea. The ice thing doesn’t seem super safe either, tbh, but the fire is probably worse.
