The sad part is even leaving people to die doesn't save money. It creates massive instability that leads to all sorts of tragic, costly consequences for the US for decades to come.

It is clear they including entire departments in their flagging as waste and fraud. They make it sound like it is some magical program. I want a judge to ask this as well.
