Thailand Supermarket: 12 slices of crap cheese for 167THB.

So told Bangkok friends to start doing your weekly shopping at BK. Just chuck the buns. 😎🤣

I always do. I usually cube up extra sharp cheddar. It melts fine. Just take it off the heat, add the cheese & butter, put on a lid, let it sit for about 10-15 mins & stir the concoction.

Add salt & coarsely ground black pepper - that's the best & really brings out the flavor.
