Since details of the smear campaign broke, initially in a big feature in The New York Times, then subsequently in dozens of articles on major news sites, not one outlet has used the word misogyny. https://www.usermag.co/p/blake-lively-justin-baldoni-smear-campaign-misogyny-amber-heard-gamergate

Same question about newsrooms. Who's running things?
They decide what's in the teleprompter scripts and on the chyrons, right?

I think it’s the same thing here, all the executives & CEOs are male & believe society is unfair to men. I think that’s why it’s never used because they would have to admit that all their friends & themselves are misogynists. They think it’s baseless.
But what I am certain about is that Blake will always and forever be Madam Plantation.
What kind of moose knuckle is stupid enough to take on the combined weight of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and expect no pushback?
Whether people who are in parasocial relationships with Ryan or Blake get upset about that or not is their business, not mine
Jesus. This place is turning into Twitter so fast 😞
A smear campaign definitely was not showing accountability, though. I would've preferred an honest and public apology
They’re afraid of being criticized.
Speaking truth to power? BS.
See earlier post by Shannon Watts … about New York post editor Sara Nathan, Who apparently makes a living orchestrating smear campaigns like this
I could (only) know my experience,” she said. “And my experience with Woody is he's empowering to women.”
We’ve been on her.
On top of that part of what this person is being criticised for is being not-nice to another woman
Why are u trying to gaslight & shame ppl with misused words. So disingenuous

If you do know them it isn't overused at all. It's a note that the person you're speaking with recognizes your marginalization and isn't a slopebrowed bigot.
But, hey, go off I guess
Similar to: Hegseth was going down as laughably unqualified until it became became a sexual harassment story.
sounds like he thought he deserved a casting couch
Misogyny is a form of violence but does not imply physical harm to victims.
A woman who attends the MET gala is spectacular gowns has an ego?
I guess she deserves to be sexually harassed, then.
"I may be wrong, but ..."

When Ms. Abel wrote to her Aug. 4 that “I’m having reckless thoughts of wanting to plant pieces this week of how horrible Blake is to work with. Just to get ahead of it,”
“All of this will be most importantly untraceable,” she wrote.
“Of course- but you know when we send over documents we can’t send over the work we will or could do because that could get us in a lot of trouble,” Ms. Nathan responded, adding, “We can’t write we will destroy her.”
Read that how you will
He might as well just say "The broad had it coming!" as his defense. Disgusting pigs.

How are we supposed to live our lives with integrity if it only gets punished?
An SAT-level vocabulary word just might stump some.🤷🏻♀️🙄🥴
