My kids would be told to wear anything and tell people they’re dressed as “Adam Sandler doing voice over work.”

My last kid in high school had that a year or two ago, and I was as dumbfounded. His response was, "Who is Adam Sandler" as this is generally an Adam Sandler-free household.
