Oh shit… that one with Joe Mantagna in the fallout shelter is still etched in my brain from childhood. #tvtrauma #itscool #thatepisodewasgreat #imbringingbackhashtagjokeslikeits2007again
I doubt they'll spend the money, but this is one of those shows where they shot on film but edited on video, and as such they desperately need HD reconstruction that "STAR TREK THE NEXT GENERATION' and "THE X-FILES" received.
Funny, because I pretty much never stop thinking about the OG TZ. Greatest TV series in the history of the medium; not something that could ever be topped. 80s is great! 2002-2003 was okay. Jordan Peele reboot had some incredible eps, but was overall far too on the nose for my tastes.
What's wild is that, because the 80s TZ did multiple stories in an hour block, the Bruce Willis one and "stop time" one are the SAME episode - and it's the first! As for the Annie Potts one...she was in an episode (also early on) with Robert Klein. Spacey never appeared on any iteration of the show.
It wasn't Spacey then-- it had to be Klein. It was the one where the guy had to re-learn all words and ended with him reading from a children's book at the end, and something bizarre was called "Wednesday".
