Yeah, I don’t think I was ever as pissed as when I discovered my psychiatrist, therapist, and GP were right when they said exercise is good for my mental health.
To be human, indeed! That’s good advice! Luckily, I’ve developed the good habit of brisk morning and evening walks and short yoga sets over the last several years. I cherish my time outside and my improved flexibility, so I’m optimistic that I’ll keep it up.
sleep is a scam. if you sleep 8 hours a day, that’s 8 hours down the drain that could’ve been spent networking, closing deals, masturbating, eating roadkill and playing pokemon go. think about it

My advice will always be 5 minutes of standing outside, 5 minutes of exercise and 5 minutes of mindfullness upon wakeup.
And I will never follow it.
Because I'm starting off with a deficit.
