One of the major problems with Dem messaging is their politicians have so many ties to terrible corporate entities that they can't find any party-wide cohesion.

So this is existential for some of us, therefore some of us are making this existential for the Dems.
"Bipartisanship, reach across the aisle" Dems like Schumer, Booker front the party ==> Dems = Whigs
Dems like AOC front dems ==> party survives.
We can't in a literal sense, but we can in a functional sense.
If they lose longtime base voters like us, the dems have as much chance to win against the GOP as the Whig party.
The MAGA bros are giddy about the possibility. Might want to think about that.
