I have been hitting it more too! I have been enjoying treadmill rucking, doing incline fast walks/joggles with a 25lb tidal tank on my shoulders, still a ways to go until willy observation can be achieved, but it is pretty fun and challenging so far.
Strength 3 times a week. Cardio once or twice a week. One hour for strength. 30-45 mins for cardio. Just walking up a hill, cause my knees aren’t going to appreciate running and the water is too cold to swim.
I empathise with the knees. Have found Tumeric pills to be helpful there (pain relief). I’m 50 tomorrow and realising I need to start taking fitness seriously. Hoping it gets easier to want to go to the gym!
My Uncle Geoff got very heavy in the pandemic and when he lost all that weight, discovered that his willy had become attached at both ends. I don’t have an Uncle Geoff and have made this story up. Bit bored.
