Dogs have an empathy unparalleled. An innate ability to be both ridiculous and profound at the same time. It’s like Shrodinger’s puppy and you need a wicked side eye to take it all in. I wish you fond memories once the shock passes. And it will. Especially when looking sideways.

Aww. Sorry for the loss of your precious boy. It must be doubly hard when it happened so suddenly. Nova is a beautiful boy. There will be an empty space following you for a long time. I have 2 seniors (14 and 13) and I know their time left is short, so I’m able to slowly prepare myself. Hugs to you.
