Oddly enough in addition to these two pizzas, Casey’s (a small town Midwest gas station chain that has inexplicably decent pizza) makes a taco pizza that’s pretty good as well.

I had some leftover ham from New Year's, BBQ sauce, and a pizza dough, and it honestly came together pretty well, with a little brown sugar mixed in and peppers.
