the apostrophes thing is one of my least favorite SFF tropes, i remember reading some book where some weird insectoid alien had a name like that but when you looked past the apostrophes and weird letters you realized his name was Scott
I think settings are allowed as many Proper Nouns as you want, but the reader's introduction to them should be through something relatable that you don't need a glossary for.
Take A Game of Thrones: Chapter 1 introduces us to stuff like wildlings, the Night's Watch, and Valyrian Steel, but
Normal word but it's Capitalized is probably my least favorite fantasy naming trope though I'm also not a big fan of "these are clearly just tolkien orcs/goblins but we call them Thnargles or Kzaps because it's different"
Well for example the Blade Itself doesn't seem to but then they go to this ruined city and wouldn't you know it these things very much like tolkien specific orcs with different names show up!

It's just that some writers just hit you with a buncha Proper Nouns with nothing to tie it into.
Anyway feel free to talk about your worldbuilding some time.
*Stops corralling all the wild horses I'd been collecting*
I actually like that idea if you’re doing it like subversive humor; making light of the genre.
