We will be sharing more vaccine info in the coming days. It is a good time to make sure you and your kids are up to date on vaccines. If you need to catch up, catch up.

Problem is when "what they sow" is infectious disease, to another commenter's point, you then also empower that virus to mutate to the point that those of us who are vaccinated now have less effective immunity to a new threat that otherwise would not have existed. It risks all of our lives.
I called in to my doc's office to ask about tuberculosis vaccines, since there's an active outbreak. They have never stocked TB vaccines before and don't have them
Until then, try to isolate as much as possible. I gave birth at the height of Covid and no one was allowed to meet baby. At your periodic checkups ask if moving any vaccines up is doable. I’m sure doctors are as scared as we are. Just be transparent about your concerns. Wishing you the best❤️
If it comes to that we will explore and post. For now vaccines are still available and covered by insurance. Until that changes we encourage you to get them locally.
We all had our booster shots and are up to date. Just thinking about my 3 yr old grandson and future vaccines. Thank you for your reply. Appreciate you.
There used to be baby sections in the cemetery that have not been used in years, because parents were responsible and vaccinated their babies because they believed in the science and their doctors guidance. I'm fearful that we will lose many babies under the new administration
Problem is, those people take out and put at risk people with legitimate health reasons that they can’t get vaccinated even though they want to. The cruelty is the point.
Reminder for adults: the Tetanus vaccine needs to be boosted every 10 years. It's also worth checking with your insurance company because some will only cover the plain Tetanus vaccine, not the combined Tdap (despite the increased risk of Pertussis over the last few years).
Yeah. Seems it's one of the few things Cigna does well (my employer just switched to them … I've had them before and am not a fan due to their incredibly small selection of in-network providers, refusal to cover my insulin, etc, etc)
My elementary kid was sick last week; when we visited the doctor, they said most kids in the area were testing positive lately for either Flu A or Covid. Mine didn’t test positive for either of those, which makes sense: she got vaccines.
I attribute her having only a mild fever on being vaxxed!
I was networking with friends and family last week, learning how many states and counties around me were swamped with rising illness in schools. Some counties in WV and TN had to close school from the raw numbers of students out sick.
A widespread illness not covered in the news, from what I saw.
Do you know if we have alternative if we can't get access next year? I'm vaxxed but just wondering what freedom states have if the HHS doesn't support certain medications/treatments/vaccines?
Hopefully insurance companies will still cover it because they'd rather pay for a vaccine than for the hospital costs for someone who gets seriously ill with pneumonia or RSV or covid or the flu or whatever.
I was looking today at the difference between cost of a measles vaccination versus the cost of a hospitalization due to severe measles infection. It was hard to find the the data, but it’s something like $25 for the vaccine v. $7000 and up for hospitalization.
When there was a measles outbreak in my county 10+ years ago my doc checked my immunity and said it was great. Talk to your Doc, mine said I’m good as I have no issues to depress my immunity.
You can also contact your county public health and see if they offer vaccines for a price. Mine does.
If vaccines are no longer promoted and/or required, this will be all of us. Diseases like Measles, Polio, etc. will start to make a comeback (measles is already) and mutate making existing vaccines ineffective. The new lunatics won't allow development of new vaccines so we will all be screwed.
We need to keep info up to date on the avian flu as much as possible with the unfortunate vacuum you’ve been provided. Once (if?) human to human transmission is confirmed, we need the latest strain information to get RNA vaccines on the manufacture line ASAP
Stop the Othering. This is why people get off put. People have the right to examine the Scientific Method and you should ENCOURAGE skepticism and objectivity, especially with this new administration. MOST did NOT die so that's misinformation. You ll bring in more flies with honey, than vinegar.

They wanted it? They deserve to reap what they sow.
