The problem isn't that Democrats aren't being outraged enough. The problem is that the debate about tactics remains premised on the notion that 2026 and 2028 will have "normal" elections—the kind which OECD election monitors would describe as mostly "free and fair."

Everything from the personality to the sense of grievance to crazy random policies right down to the taste in interior decor.
You can see how well he looks after his own people. Most of them don’t have indoor plumbing.
They are absolutely not that. No one inside the party thinks of them that way.
They are the most senior electeds but their responsibility extends only to their caucus.
It's not the message, though. It's the process by which their message is relayed to the people.
There's no straightforward way to enforce discipline the way Republicans do and no stomach for it even if there was.
