If Biden is gonna use his last days to do stuff he said he'd never do, maybe he should take a look at shit like immediate arms embargos and adding 4 seats to the supreme Court by fiat

A lot of y'all don't seem to recognize the difference between basely believing someone will be better than they are ("wishful thinking") and Wishing that people would be different and better than they've demonstrated themselves to be.
I'm still thinking he should just decide fair's fair and issue a blanket amnesty for everyone else convicted of the drug, tax, and weapons charges against Hunter.
Preferably announcing it ten minutes before the inauguration and making Trump's victory lap second page news.
He should also do stuff he hadn't imagined doing. Declare seventeen new National Parks, all within country clubs. Declare DJT's birthday a national day for something ironic. Appoint Fozzie Bear to an inferior officer position in the Department of Commerce.
This is an exasperated shitpost, but since you asked, lots of things are written as law that sure don't seem to matter to the supreme Court who just said presidents can't be prosecuted for official acts. Where do you think we are, right now? Because it's already somewhere very very bad.
I posted this same thing, pretty much, yesterday, and was told to Be Serious. But my feeling is this is no time to Be Serious. Anyway, thank you for soothing my roiled heart.
I mean, I can. Because I allow myself to imagine such things. But it’s also kind of silly that anyone expects the US empire who is home to most of the world weapons manufacturing to place an arms embargo on itself. Especially one against the 51st state that the pro Israel Christians salivate over.
Oh I mean can you imagine the shock and confusion that would ripple out. I assume he'd be declared incompetent and Kamala would briefly be pres shattering glass analogies
Oh right, yeah, but he also wouldn’t do it because he’s a coloniser through and through. He still hasn’t acknowledged that he was very close with segregationists or that he had a major role in mass incarceration. And he tried the whole “ those were my ancestors, not me” line so…
I don't know why anyone expects anything from Biden. From the time he was nominated the reaction was just "Ugh... FINE!" and then he somehow soared well underneath expectations.
Don't do the Supreme Court one though, I don't trust the Democrats to fill judicial seats after Obama said "aw shucks" and moved on when the Republicans blocked him from filling a seat for over a year.

Pick something less recondite to start the civil war over.
Be specific.
Just a complete legacy of failure.
