Yes, things are more expensive.
No, Canadians are really responsible for their own financial health.
I can get people invested for the price of this week's pizza night. And the markets have gone through the roof for about the last 18 months. 1/2
and the most surprising thing for me in Canada when I first moved here, is the Oligopoly ruling here. unbeliaveble.
PP is running on housing because it’s “good politics” and Canadians don’t know any better.
Shouldn’t be too hard.
#PP is also hated in Quebec, can’t speak off-script to save his life, & has never run a national campaign.
We can bash the Liberals all we want, but that will only help elect #PP.
Lotsa material.
Housing is provincial responsiblity
Certain groups (ie: elite class) got wealthy, not all Canadians. An important omission if you’re trying to push a narrative.
“Wealthier” does not mean “wealthy”, just like “average” does not mean “everyone”.
Groceries are more affordable now than they were ten years ago.
Incomes have been rising faster than inflation for a while now.
One which I do have issue with
It is hard to say we are doing well when you see people living on the street but also aware that there were a lot of historical decisions that precipitated current state
Trickle down economics aka Piss on the poor has done a lot of damage

Now what are YOU doing to stop this crap?
And feel free to show me the reciepts of your efforts.
Since 80s recognized that Canada was going to have same homeless issue that was first seen as the people living under highways in US.
Have engaged with politicians, colleagues etc via email, snail mail & petitions
Provide food & clothing
You like history & gardens
When Cardinal D'Este built Villa d'Este in 16th century , he demolished public works, homes & diverted/took town water supply & favourite pastime of visiting elite was to climb to top of garden & pee into the cascading fountain
Hx xample of trickle down
It was all of us.
He's a damn good Prime Minister and did a lot for Canada.
Really have to twist oneself in to quite the pretzel to think this is some sort of badge of pride Trudeau can wear around the working class.
I follow the rules & wouldn’t dream of cheating.
I grew up with parents who insisted on “best behaviour “
So Poilievre-the smear and smear guy makes me sick.

1. Conservatives that smoke weed.
2. House cats - "absolutely convinced of their fierce independence while utterly dependent on a system they don't appreciate or understand."
3. People who have gone too long without needing a doctor, cop or teacher.
It was a budget. Hundreds of millions advertising he did a job, a job he was required to do, and he did it badly.
The Liberals would be wise to start pumping out GOC ads on all the current benefits..
