I'll reach out and will put a page on the site to help with the search. This has a few times helped to unearth obscure copies of mail order games and get people to be on the look out. Thanks for the heads up! :)

There's an old post on Lemon64 from the author in 2010. It sounds like they almost had a copy and were looking for someone to preserve. Looks like that must have fallen through.

Checked my local game shop that does a lot of retro game stuff, no dice unfortunately. Figure checking and not getting a hit is better than assuming.
