I am terrible with astronomy but saw the bright orange star and thought it was mars. But was too far from the moon where you could clearly also see Venus. Gorgeous pics!!

Like your work. Where are you based? Or more precisely from where did you take these? I live in Kent and have been trying to suss out good places for dark skies to use a new (to me) set of astronomy binos. A gift from a friend. But Kent is pretty much ruined for viewing.

I'm brand new to Bluesky. Mainly been on FB for years. The ❤️ function is inappropriate for my feelings about this. I'm still finding my way here. You have my sympathy. I loathe it.
