This blue line was easy to find after baggage claim, just walk down like 20 steps after baggage toward the middle and you’ll start to see signs towards the train/a blue square with a 1 in it.

Oh yeah, don't forget McCormick Place itself is on the Green Line, so you can take the free transfer at Clark/Lake. There's plenty of maps in the stations and on the trains to help sort things out.
