Last week, German media site t-online ran a non-representative poll on whether Germans would still buy Tesla. By 11 March, 100k voted, 94% said no. Then votes exploded. On 18 March, 467k voted, 70% said yes.
T-online researched & found: 253k votes had come from just 2 IP addresses in the US.
