Four Corners is the meeting point of 4 states, i think that's the most at a single point. It's kind of neat, but also kind of tourist trappy when I was there many years ago.

US has Four Corners Monument (quadripoint between AZ, CO, NM, Utah)
There are 157, I think, tripoints worldwide between countries:

I think the world's only quadripoint (Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia) has been demonstrated to be 2 tripoints quite close together.
