Very clearly issues with this list if San Jose is ahead of both Seattle and San Francisco. San Francisco should be in top 4, so should Tokyo, San Jose shouldn't even be included. It's endless strip mall, single family home paradise.

Exactly. NYC is overall the best if you live in a certain part of Manhattan. Everything anyone could want, food, arts, entertainment. The thing is only a very small few can afford it.
