If he says anything hopefully he can do it in a kind and gentle way in private and definitely not in front of other students. Is he certain the kid isn’t autistic or with another disability?
He's not sure. That's why he was wondering what to do. Add to it, she's a girl, and he's a very handsome and popular boy. I told him it's best to leave it be.
Oh yeah cross gender I would definitely leave it alone and encourage him to not mention it to anyone else. Tell him this is just the beginning of being bothered by how gross people are in public 🤣 My personal ick is coworkers who fart 😭
It’s not an age thing. I know multiple adults who do this as some sort of nervous response that I think is somehow related to childhood. I’ve called a few out as it’s disgusting and not socially acceptable.
But that doesn’t begin to cover what bad habits some people are engaging in.

He wants to tell them it's gross, but also doesn't want to hurt their feelings if there's some reason they do it.
