To be accepted, racialised people need to accept an inherently contradictory inferior identity. For example: English people of Indian descent need to deny their Englishness but Indian people in England need to abandon their Indianness and assimilate to English values.

Racialised people are allowed to exist and advance only in that in-between. Never allowed to be English enough, but never allowed to be Indian either.
People subjected to such racial hierarchies can simply never fully access or even claim human rights. To them *they don’t really deserve free speech*

If you want to oppose them, then stop both-siding, stop trying to understand, stop trying to reason with, and simply oppose. Stand in their way. Sometimes literally. Because they mean harm to those they dehumanise and they need your material help, not your normative sympathy

It’s looking at it the wrong way round. People aren’t being deported because of their statements but because of their origin. The statements just make them low-hanging fruit. When they’ve gone, the US will move on to other more difficult cases.
