Yep. He's doing the job so incompetently that it's keeping the entire team on late, so I got pulled in to help. It's either purposeful because he's lazy or he's lied about his experience.

It seems that it's deliberate and most likely something he's been doing for a long time without being caught by higher ups. I will not be surprised to find he's quick to take praise and equally quick to shift blame when things aren't going well.
