While he was generally unpopular, I don't think that Trump dropped below 40% during his first term. It will be interesting to see what depths he visits as the effects of a tariffs really hit the public in earnest - higher prices, empty shelves, mass layoffs, etc.

And I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time AP has done this. There will be some sort of biased headline which ends up getting "updated" later on. I called them out on this and they changed the headline in question, even if they never actually acknowged my outreach.
