Three times recently, they ignored my delivery instructions (leave on doorstep and knock; they don't even have to wait) and instead left it sitting out on a rock at the curb, 40 feet from my door, in the dark in the rain, to save having to climb a few well-lit stairs. Last time, peeled out as well.
