I've got hearing loss from having measles back in 1983 and wear bilateral hearing aids. I wouldn't really recommend.
All the signs for a global famine are definitely here when they look back (and that's without AMOC halting abruptly).
I think they might manage push even the extremely reluctant opponents to the point of Civil War but even their nasty incompetence has some way to go yet.

My bet is measles because it's most likely to be caused by "government doesn't know what they are doing" as well as "I've educated myself" types.
