PS. son's brain tumour was missed by 15 (fifteen) doctors (only 1 in France said go home & scan him)

Since I read PA exams every day, yeah. It's a problem. Ex. 35 yo male BMI 32 presents with back pain triggered by gut bloating and cramping but normal gi scope... Call it IBS without ruling out gall bladder issues

"effective it is only in very limited circumstances" is I think is the key. My experience of AAs had been extremely positive *because* of very specific circumstances.

(Minor quibble - sepsis is a life-threatening, whole-body response to infection not "blood poisoning"!)
