I'm glad that Twin Peaks was made in the early 90s, not today. If it was made today, there would probably be a Twin Peaks "universe" with spin-off shows, and every mystery would be explored to death, with a huge reliance on VFX.

I love that the show was weird, janky, and ambiguous.
