I think in the following years we'll see that fully generalist social media platforms are not the norm anymore. The thing is that instead of being segmented by topic, it's going to be by target public.

I learnt a lot when i was working in a small company analyzing social media called brandchats. But I'm not sure there's any good and free equivalent tool, just connecting to the APIs and hope for the best
