None of them are qualified to do the jobs they will be doing.
However, there's still much talk about how the sort of outlook captured in this blog post is alarmism. There's still a much talk about how he's going to run into the much vaunted safeguard of Democracy & we'll be fine (ie. Lawrence Tribe).
If the safeguards had worked we wouldn't be here.
That's what they need to do to get their way. Unfortunately, it may not be that complicated.

I agree conditions and circumstances favor Trump this time, including the right shift in the courts and the GOP, as you wrote. But it's also the US itself. We can't expect public opposition like before.
