Yes, in certain situations, it can cause irreparable harm. But would you not eat salad because it can sometimes cause food-borne illness? I assume the answer is, "It depends on where I'm buying my salad from."

I actually attend conferences for higher education and I have been AI speaker at them including ACE. Every university president or chancellor I have met over past 2 years are considering impact of AI. Academia is moving and so is the rest of the world. You can choose to stay where you want.

Damn, your library hasn't converted to digital to an inaccessible fault? It isn't 60% empty at this point? The programming section isn't 15+ years out of date? The non-christian religion section isn't 8 books total? That's crazy. "Effort not access" is crazy. I can't even imagine. where??
