I do not understand companies who move whole teams to Texas after Dobbs. Do they not have female employees of reproductive age? Have they simply forgotten about them? Do they have aircraft ready to fly them to states where abortion is permitted, and a team of lawyers ready to defend the company?

It is not safe to even have a wanted baby in Texas anymore. Too much can go wrong that can get you killed with Doctors being unable to do anything about it. Not a great state for women.

Realize many of the companies moved before the draconian measures by Abbott, but love the tax breaks. I firmly believe these tables will turn since traffic, affordability, property taxes, insurance issues and quality of life decline. But realize this has been happening for 30 years...
