I read the original “I Know What You Did Last Summer” novel, in high school. Considering who the victim was in that novel, I had zero sympathy for the teens. The author, herself, was appalled at the movie adaptation’s changes and direction.

But it would be impossible for a 12 year old to wander around unsupervised and then check out a sex education book to read on the bus and giggle over with friends. It's just not that kind of library.

I may be wrong, but IIUC the Lib of Congress is somewhat different in that the more replaceable parts of its collection can be removed from the Library temporarily by carefully vetted persons (a bit like getting a security clearance) and by congress members themselves.

It's not exactly **hard** to get in, but it's much more like a large library's "rare materials room". My first research in a research library environment was in the Multnomah County Rare Book Room on feminist & eugenicist Bethenia Owens Adair, MD. Checking things out from such a place isn't a thing.

Well, since you mentioned Columbo, I think it’s a nice time to remember Peter Falk’s passion for creating art. If you want to truly homage his work, maybe talk to your star about the insulting and harmful decisions of using her fame to push an Ai project. He would hate it.

For me one of the best. The broach in place of the Eye of Agamotto is *chef's kiss*. Dr. Orpheus is one of my favourite superhero parodies

Unfortunately, as Xanatos would say, if you pay a man enough-- he will walk barefoot into hell.
